STRUCTURAMA AND INNOVATION IN PREFABRICATION

Today we want to show you the process of creation and validation of a new insert in collaboration with BIANCHI srl.

The Integral System for Universal Industrial Prefabrication (from now on called SIPIU) was born from the need to improve the process of installing panels in the prefabrication system:

– It allows each individual element to be mechanically connected to any structure;

– Reduces assembly time;

– It guarantees high structural resistance with a reduced footprint;

The FEM analysis of the insert was carried out in order to establish the resistance characteristics of the insert according to the various types of possible stresses, also taking into account the stresses derived from earthquakes.

In collaboration with the Politecnico di Milano, the behaviour of the insert according to the various project stresses has been verified through real tests.

In the following, one can see the transition from FEM modelling, through three-dimensional analysis, to real-life tests in the technical laboratory.
