New precast plant in Poland
A few years ago Joka Group decided to turn to Structurama®, and so a business development plan was defined. The idea was to create a new precast plant that covers the industrial and residential building market in Poland.
Structurama® is an international engineering, design and consultancy company specialized in Precast Concrete Building System and Plant Design.
We have first analyzed the construction market in Poland, evaluating where there could be space for prefabrication (speed of construction, reduced costs compared to alternative construction methods), drafted a business development plan, which step by step has been made.
The steps of the technical consultancy were market analysis, feasibility study, setting up the new factory adapting it to the needs, technical and commercial training of the operators, guiding its new projects.
So, the new precast plant “Prefabbricati” was born and has already produced and erected on his own the precast structure of the production building of the plant.
