New Precast Concrete Factory Plant (3D MODULES) in Russia

We are proud to announce that the STRUCTURAMA company is currently working on a project for the main building of the Innovative Technologies Combine of the MonArch Group in Moscow. This is an ultra-modern plant for the production of large-sized reinforced concrete modules intended for the construction of buildings for various purposes, primarily residential. The productivity of the plant is 450,000 m2 (by floor)  per year (20 modules daily). The module is a three-dimensional open-plan structure with maximum dimensions of 15.5 x 7.5 x 3.5 (x) meters made of precast concrete elements according to the patented technology of the Concern MonArch. The module will be produced in the finishing of interiors and facades, fully equipped with engineering systems and communications.

The area of the main building will be 100,000 m2 in a two-story layout. The main equipment of the plant is supplied by PROGRESS GROUP.

Today, at the construction site, monolithic foundations are being poured under the frame of the main building.
