We are excited to share the successful construction of a mock-up building by our partner Modular Precast Systems Inc. designed with our innovative Multi-Flat Precast system. 🎉

The mock-up building provides a solid example of excellence in prefabrication and highlights the two key qualities that distinguish the Multi-Flat Precast system, namely:

✅ Construction Time Efficiency: Significantly reduced assembly time due to the precision and ease of assembly of prefabricated components;

✅ Quality of prefabricated components: Each element was manufactured with the utmost care, ensuring consistent and superior quality, which is reflected in the perfection of the finished building.

In celebration of the mock-up completion, our CEO, Fulvio Beretta, visited the Bradford plant. We look forward to continuing this fruitful collaboration and witnessing the construction of the first real residential building, bringing our experience and commitment to every phase of the project.
